We offer shipping to U.S. addresses only at this time. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping. If you are located outside the United States, please check back periodically for updates regarding international shipping options.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST may be processed the next business day.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order. When your order is shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information.


3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer a range of shipping options to meet your needs. The available methods and estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Delivery time: 5-7 business days
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout
  • Expedited Shipping:

    • Delivery time: 2-3 business days
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout
  • Overnight Shipping (Next Business Day):

    • Delivery time: 1 business day
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The shipping cost will be shown to you during checkout before you finalize your purchase. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $100 (within the U.S. only).
  • Flat-rate Shipping: For orders under $100, flat-rate shipping will apply depending on your location.

In the rare case that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

  • Lost Packages: If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.
  • Damaged Items: If your item is damaged during shipping, please take photos of the damage and email them to us at info@shimmervaultt.com along with your order number. We will review the situation and offer a replacement or refund as needed.
